Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping is free on every order, pan-India.
You'll receive order status updates, and can track your order anytime from your Account page or the Track Order page.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for free anytime before it has been packed or shipped, directly from your Account page. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you're covered by our return policy below once it's delivered.

Returns & replacements

We want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. Once your order is marked "Delivered", you can request a return or replacement directly from your Account page:

Replacement: if a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll arrange a free replacement.
Return: if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags intact.
Requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days, and you'll be notified of the outcome via your account.

Refunds

Once a return is approved and the product is received back in acceptable condition, refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. If payment was made but an order never got confirmed (payment failure or cancellation), no charge should appear on your statement — if it does, it will be auto-reversed by your bank/Razorpay within a similar window.
